Royal-T - 2011 Yearbook Mix

There's no denying that 2011 was a huge year for grime. The originators are still at the top of their game. Lethal Bizzle coined the phrase DENCH, Jammer released Lord of the Mics Three and Wiley is still ranting. Although these days he does it on Twitter instead of radio.

However, it's the new wave that's making it really interesting. MCs like P Money, Blacks, Merky Ace and Kozzie have blazed through the year. Producers like Preditah, Spooky, Swindle, S-x and Royal-T have made the stand out tracks. Here at FOO Magazine we've been keeping a close eye on the whole lot, especially Royal-T.  

As a token of appreciation for the support and success he enjoyed last year, Royal-T has put together a '2011 Yearbook Mix'. It contains the high energy grime that you would expect from the Southampton based producer. The tracklist reads like the Mobo's after party guest list. Yasmin, Katy B, Dizzee, Wretch 32 and Example are all on there. We highly recommend this mix if you're having trouble getting pumped for the new year.
